Efficiency Evaluation of Deep Sea Operations Based ADC Model and Analytic Hierarchy Process

In this paper, an efficiency evaluation scheme, aimed at assessing the effectiveness of deep-sea specialized operations and their operational capabilities, is introduce. Based the ADC model proposed by WSEIAC, our scheme evaluates the operational system’s effectiveness, reliability, and capability in a comprehensive and hierarchical manner. By integrated with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the scheme facilitates a thorough evaluation of the system’s overall efficiency. Its applicability and robustness is verified by an experimental evaluation on the deep-sea oil pipeline operation scenario, highlighting the scheme’s effectiveness and robustness in real-world operational settings.
