Modeling of a Flux of Current and Energy of Mixture Xe-Na in the Arc Discharge Plasma
摘要
In this study, the effect of low concentration (0.005 mol) and high concentration (0.05 mol) on the current density for both (je, jem, ji, jp) energy density (qe, qem,qi, qp) and Schottky correction ∆A is studied. The effect of voltage (U = 10 V, U = 20 V) on what was aforementioned was also studied. Through the results, it was noted that there is a direct effect of concentration and voltage on the aforementioned coefficients, as the values of these coefficients increase with an increase in temperature, as changing the concentration and voltage leads to an increase in the temperature of the electron, which leads to collisions, where it is observed that the emission of electrons begins at a temperature (2500–5000 K) but by adding the concentration, the emission begins at) 1300–500 K).
