Analysis of the Domestic Environment for Chinese Private Enterprises
摘要
While state-owned enterprises have received most of the government’s innovation subsidies, private enterprises have contributed 70% of the patents, with state-owned enterprises generating only about 5%, the remaining 25% being generated by foreign companies. The future of the private sector will therefore largely determine the future of the Chinese economy. However, the environment for Chinese private enterprises is not optimistic and has been deteriorating in recent years. Due to the limited scale of small and medium-sized private enterprises, many face significant challenges in securing land resources and obtaining financial support through financing.
