Relying on traditional learning methods is insufficient, leaving students feeling lost and unmotivated. The students need guidance and motivation to keep them on track with their academic materials. Students’ lives are filled with challenges that could result in stressful situations that could affect their performance. When students are in a situation where they need to drop some of their courses, they are uninformed about consequences, and it might delay their graduation. After extensive research, through gap analysis and survey, we discovered the demand from students to have a new set of website features for supporting students’ needs. Masarat system developed with the primary objective of offering practical solutions to address challenges that students frequently encounter. It allows creating students study guide that work on collecting their data from academic records to analyze it then presents it as a dashboard where the student's performance will be displayed. It also intends to provide students with a chatbot advisor for answering their academic inquiries. Moreover, the website will introduce options for managing their study plan, academic calendar with notifications, tracking assignment and tasks progress, manage and design their weekly schedule, study environment for increasing their focusing time with soothing sound and tranquil background options. With the help of all these features, it is believed students will be able to experience a unique journey that will unlock their full potential.
