Three-Way Group Decision Based on Hierarchical Criteria Network
摘要
The appropriate rating of software ecosystem health is to the benefit of its sustainable development [2]. Facing the complexity, hierarchical criteria system provides evaluation guides with multiple levels and multiple perspectives [20]. However, at present, effective group decision making under hierarchical criteria system remains a challenge. To solve it, this chapter constructs hierarchical consensus evolution network and further considers a novel consensus degree measurement and design a consensus reaching process with pairwise adjustment by utilizing hierarchical characteristics [17]. For rating software ecosystem health efficiently, there are usually three ratings including health, sub-health and ill-health. Three-way decision is introduced to exactly provide semantic interpretation for these three ratings. Meanwhile, three-way decision can reduce the risk of incorrect ratings [9]. Considering these advantages, this chapter elaborates three-way group decision with hierarchical consensus evolution network to comprehensively rate software ecosystem health under hierarchical criteria system based on the results of Ref. [17].
