Examining the Cultivation Policies for Normal University Students in Russia

This chapter explores the cultivation policies for normal university students in Russia. With the progress and development of society, the role of education is becoming more and more important to personal development. Intensified education needs high-quality educators, and normal university students as the source and mainstay of future teachers, their quality is directly related to the quality of education. To cultivate normal university students in their own countries, many countries have formulated their own guidelines and policies on the cultivation of normal university students according to the actual situation of their own countries. Russia has a long history of education and always maintained a positive attitude in education. The teacher education in Russia is also in a leading position in the world, so the training of normal university students in Russia has important research value and reference significance. This chapter mainly analyzes the training of normal university students in Russia, focusing on the cultivation of Russian normal university students from the following aspects.
