Preparation Technology of Nanomaterials

摘要

With the rapid development of nanoscience and technology, the research on some mesoscopic physical phenomena, such as nanoscale structure, light absorption, luminescence, and quantum size effects related to low dimensions, has become more and more in-depth, which puts forward higher requirements for new functional materials and the miniaturization of component devices. Therefore, while zero-dimensional materials have made great progress, the preparation and research of one-dimensional nanomaterials have made great progress. Since the discovery of carbon nanotubes in 1991 by Iijima of Japan’s NEC Corporation, it has attracted great attention from many scientists. Later, with the development of technology and demand, on the basis of the original carbon nanotubes, material experts devoted a lot of attention and exploration to the nanomaterials that were further grown in the one-dimensional direction, and prepared nanowires and nanorods.
