This study investigates the design challenges and opportunities for enhancing spatial resilience in general hospital fever clinics, focusing on the post-pandemic era. By integrating resilience theory with empirical case studies, we aim to identify effective design strategies that improve operational efficiency and pandemic preparedness. Our methodology combines qualitative analysis of renovation examples with a review of resilience design principles, leading to the formulation of specific spatial strategies. The key findings suggest that adaptive spatial design significantly contributes to the clinics’ capacity to manage pandemic conditions effectively. This research provides a foundation for future guidelines on the spatial organization of fever clinics to better respond to public health crises.
