Construction of Resilient City Based on the High-Quality Development of Fujiang River Basin City Cluster
摘要
The Fujiang River Basin, marked by its varied topography and frequent natural calamities, necessitates the establishment of resilient urban areas. This is essential for augmenting the region’s capacity to manage disaster risks and for the enhanced development of its towns. This research based on the kernel density analysis method, analyzes and summarizes the distribution of geological hazards in the Fujiang River Basin, and then identifies the urgency of improving the resilience of urban agglomerations in the Fujiang River Basin, and proposes corresponding planning strategies. The preliminary conclusions are as follows: in the Fujiang River basin, the landforms prone to landslide, debris flow, collapse and slope instability are mainly distributed along the topographic inflection point. These geological disasters are mainly concentrated in Hechuan, Pingwu, Jiangyou, Santai, Tongnan and other places. In contrast, the rest of the tributary areas are less prone to such disasters due to their broad, basin-like topography.
