Psychodrama in the Education of Trial Lawyers
摘要
This chapter describes how psychodrama was introduced into the education and training of trial lawyers, how psychodrama then developed into becoming the foundation of a postgraduate trial lawyer educational institution, and how both training and the practice of law were impacted by psychodrama. First introduced as a way of promoting creativity and intuition in trial practice, psychodramatic role training was next introduced as a means of teaching specific trial skills. Psychodramatic reenactment soon became a major method of communicating the significant information about law cases in lawyer training. Finally, psychodramatic reenactment in trial preparation and even in courtroom practice followed.
