摘要

Psychodrama is an existential-phenomenological approach with a theoretical and practical foundation. It focuses on social relations and methods of action, making it an effective tool for promoting horizontal, participatory, and inclusive teaching in universities. This chapter aims to present psychodrama as a versatile method for teaching and learning, research, and intervention within Brazilian universities. We provide a concise overview of the subject and demonstrate how psychodrama is structured to foster the voices and actions of various actors within the university community. It extends its reach to intervention projects, facilitating creative encounters, fostering critical and conscious learning, and stimulating reflections on contemporary issues. By incorporating psychodrama into university settings, professionals are equipped with the necessary skills to engage in emancipatory actions that enhance creativity and spontaneity while addressing the pressing social injustices of our time. It facilitates discussions that shed light on the social, political, economic, cultural, and historical factors that shape our collective experiences.
