As a result, disputes frequently arise, which can lead to delays in projects, increased costs (overruns), and tension in professional relationships. This paper presents a comprehensive study that aims to investigate the primary causes of construction disputes, analyze existing resolving mechanisms, and develop a novel framework for efficiently addressing and preventing disputes in construction projects. This research addresses the crucial aspect of sustainability within construction dispute resolution. It explores how sustainable practices can be integrated into the framework to promote environmentally responsible construction processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. This work contributes to the broader goal of creating more eco-friendly and socially responsible construction practices by considering sustainability as an integral part of dispute resolution.
