Chatbots are conversational computer programs that are clever and mimic human speech in order to provide online assistance and guidance automatically. A number of industries have used Chatbots widely to offer virtual support to clients due to their improved benefits. Chatbots apply techniques and algorithms from the fields of machine learning and natural language processing, two branches of artificial intelligence. This paper describes the Chabot history, methods, techniques, and tools. However, there are several difficulties and restrictions with their use. We examine current developments in artificial intelligence and natural language processing for Chatbots in this survey. A variety of chosen articles that have concentrated particularly on Chatbot design strategies over the last ten years have been reviewed in this paper’s literature review. We also highlight the main problems and boundaries of the present study and propose solutions for additional research.

摘要
