A Security Model for the Enhancement of Mobile Security
摘要
This abstract explores the development of a robust security model designed to improve the protection of mobile devices. With the increasing reliance on smartphones for diverse functionalities, ranging from communication to financial transactions, the vulnerability of these devices to various security threats has become a concern. This security model integrates multi-layered defense mechanisms, including both hardware and software components, to strengthen mobile security. Emphasizing proactive measures, the model incorporates advanced authentication protocols, encryption techniques, and behavioral analysis to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate potential risks. Additionally, the framework prioritizes user awareness and education, fostering a security-conscious mobile ecosystem. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this security model aims to establish a resilient defense against evolving cyber threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information on mobile platforms. In this paper we propose to use the idea of biometrics and strong security walls to ensure that only the authorized user can access the applications. It also makes our data, applications, and devices more secure.
