The statute of repose applies to an action over administrative agreement revocation on the ground that the agreement is concluded against the counterparty’s expression of true intent. Parties concerned will no longer have their right of revocation beyond the statute of repose, and a people’s court may voluntarily conduct the motu proprio examination of the expiration of the statute of repose.
