Data-Driven Teachers’ Professional Development
摘要
Addressing the challenges of teachers lacking effective learning, insufficient depth of research, and limited routine application after training, we propose a digital-enabled advanced training model of “Learning, Research, and Application” for teachers, based on their professional development and practical teaching needs. This model aims to enhance teachers’ information literacy and teaching practice abilities. It comprises three stages: “Learning,” “Research,” and “Application.“ These three stages are not isolated but interconnected and iteratively evolving. In the “Learning” stage, teachers focus on digital-enabled teaching concepts and knowledge. In the “Research” stage, they engage in exploratory teaching practices and deep discussions, achieving “learning through research.“ In the “Application” stage, teachers continuously apply digital technologies to solve practical problems, further enhancing their learning through research and application. Through varying degrees of integration, these three stages run through the entire training process, realizing the objective of “learning for research and application” and “research promoting effective application.“
