Firstly, evidence-based teaching evaluation activities are conducted. The teaching and research group organizes teachers to conduct secondary teaching evaluation through large-scale teaching and research on the intelligent training platform and combines nine types of data generated by the intelligent training platform and video playback of the teaching session to conduct precise teaching diagnosis for the session. Secondly, personalized scales are used to guide teaching behavior. On the intelligent training platform, members of the teaching and research group score the teaching behavior of the teacher based on the subject-specific scale, forming a teacher's ability matrix that visually displays the teacher's teaching abilities and levels, as well as the overall evaluation results of the teaching process and teaching effects. This allows teachers to easily understand the direction for modifying their teaching design. Thirdly, the platform is used to conduct mixed online teaching refinement activities. Leveraging the Central Museum's intelligent training platform, the limitations of time and space are broken, and teachers in the teaching and research group conduct virtual teaching and research activities on the platform for online teaching refinement.
