A kick-off ceremony for smart reading was held, and supporting mechanisms were established to clarify construction goals, requirements, and evaluation. This motivated all teachers and students to read more, read good books, and enjoy reading. Leveraging platforms, such as DingTalk Smart Home-School Connection and WeChat, we issued reading initiatives to students, teachers, parents, and the community. Through WeChat, video channels, and DingTalk Smart Home-School Connection, we promoted reading lists for students, teachers, and parents, as well as promoting techniques, experiences, and achievements of parent–child reading, teacher–student co-reading, and teachers’ professional reading.
