The Yijiang District has adopted a combination of online and offline formats for training. Online training has been conducted to enhance the information technology application capabilities of over 1200 teachers across the district. This online learning is integrated with teachers’ continuing education hours, requiring each teacher to complete 48 h of online study tasks. Dynamic monitoring of teachers’ learning data is conducted, and a graduation certificate is issued to those who pass the assessment, with a graduation rate of over 92%. Offline training has been organized for over 1200 teachers from 20 schools across the district, focusing on the value and philosophy of smart classrooms. The satisfaction rate for the training content reached 95.73%.
