In the face of the challenges and difficulties in compulsory education enrollment, such as the large amount of materials required, the long process, the complexity of the situation, and the difficulty of management, Nanchang City has broken down the barriers of government data, implemented government data sharing, and constructed a digital platform for intelligent enrollment in compulsory education. By reshaping the enrollment process, the city has explored and practiced regional digitalized intelligent enrollment, achieving “instantaneous enrollment” in both urban and suburban counties. This has formed a new model of intelligent enrollment characterized by “one aggregation, two intelligence, three comprehensiveness, and four modernizations.”
