“Vitality Education” is an education full of vitality, one that teach according to nature and educate according to the law, with its core being the realization of the free and comprehensive development of teachers and students. To ensure that “Vitality Education” can truly take root at the grassroots level, Changning District has taken “high-quality digital homework” as its starting point and constructed the “Three-Capability Evaluation Index” based on “Vitality Education”—namely, Vitality Index, Problem-Solving Capability Index, and Learning Capability Index. The Three-Capability Evaluation Index fully reflects students’ behavioral habits and qualities in daily learning through six secondary indicators: problem-solving capability, correction index, homework completion rate, concentration, learning interest index, and classroom engagement.
