Addressing the common challenges faced in the digital transformation of educational evaluation, we propose a solution centered on the two core elements of “scenarios” and “data.” This solution leverages modern information technology to broaden the scope of educational evaluation scenarios and embodies the depth of data governance through evaluation models. Guided by the reform objectives of “improving outcome evaluation, strengthening process evaluation, exploring value-added evaluation, and improving comprehensive evaluation,” this approach represents a transformation and innovation in educational models within the context of the current digital transformation of education.
