Firstly, tiered and categorized training is conducted to enhance teachers’ basic information technology proficiency. In Wanzhi District, thematic training sessions are organized for school administrators and teachers at different levels. Administrators receive unified leadership training, while teachers are divided into two groups: class teachers and general teachers. Training personnel conduct in-depth training in each school. The training types include specialized centralized training (general knowledge), on-site training (practical operation), and external learning. There are two forms of training: inviting experts to give lectures and sending teachers out for further study, as well as school-based training. This tiered and categorized training enables teachers to have a deeper understanding of the concepts and usage of smart classrooms and big data precision teaching systems, helping them independently and innovatively apply them in routine teaching, laying a foundation for subsequent deep applications.
