Firstly, the achievements in the construction of smart schools. In accordance with the “five unifications” principle for the construction of smart schools, the target completion rate for the construction of smart schools in all primary and secondary schools in the region has reached 100%. As of now, 27 smart schools have been established, including 22 urban schools and 5 rural schools. These schools have been integrated into the provincial smart school application supervision platform, realizing normalized application of smart schools. Both the subject attainment rate and the class-hour attainment rate exceed 100%, with a 100% coverage of smart schools. A total of 15.7 million yuan has been invested. There are over 300 teacher mobile terminals (12.5 per 100 teachers) and over 4,500 student mobile terminals (approximately 15 per 100 students). There are 108 full-time teachers specializing in information technology courses, accounting for 4.5% of the total number of primary and secondary school teachers in the region. Each school has 4–5 full-time or part-time information technology staff.
