Firstly, popularizing science knowledge to enhance consensus on collaborative parent-school-community education. This involves establishing the “Mutual Understanding in Family Education” space and creating a regularized learning platform. The Yuncheng Smart Education Cloud Platform hosts the “Mutual Understanding in Family Education” learning space, with subsections, such as home–school co-education, parent classroom, community, and activities. Resources suitable for family education and mental health education are created for various age groups, including primary, middle, and high school students. The parent classroom in the “Mutual Understanding in Family Education” space covers hot topics, such as learning behavior, parent–child communication, family emotions, and topics related to middle and high school entrance exams. Secondly, we launched the “Yuncheng Education Mutual Understanding in Family Education” official account to establish a universal service platform. Aiming to serve parents, it provides family education and mental health resources. The official account covers all 13 counties (cities, districts) in the city, complementing and promoting the “Mutual Understanding in Family Education” space.
