Wireless Communications transfers the information to any point in fraction of time. It has become essential in our day to day life. Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) is one of the multiple access method which utilizes the codes between the users, compared to other persisting accessing methods like Frequency Division, Time Division. CDMA primary benefit is providing security to the information and reliability. CDMA basically started in 2G standard, and continued in 3G, 4G, 5G and also future generation wireless standards. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the most stimulation technology for advanced communication systems. The mix of OFDM and CDMA so called Multi-Carrier CDMA (MC-CDMA) further improves the system outputs and also resolves the problems present in wireless communication systems. Diversity is one of the best possible solution for wireless problem. Diversity mitigates the multipath distortion issue. In this paper proposed MC-CDMA system is implemented with Rake receiver. Rake receiver works on the principle of diversity in time. Performance is compared over different Rayleigh, Rician, Nakagami wireless channels. The design is implemented using MATLAB.
