The modern society is in a perpetual state of flux, and the demand for nourishment is rising at an exponential rate. To meet the demands of people and growing cities, daily fresh food delivery networks have to be enhanced. Food delivery systems must be firmly integrated in areas based on their individual location-based or preference-based characteristics since the fast-paced world has little time to spare even when it comes to dining. Local restaurants and other manufacturers should contact these systems and services to broaden their influence and reach out to communities and potential customers. Customers want customization options in how their purchases are completed, and they want to be able to finish their purchases or refund them swiftly and effectively. The goal of this study was to assess and evaluate the performance of Bangalore's food distribution network. The data included 388 distinct persons, with their order location given by pin code, latitude and longitude, followed by the medium of order (mobile app, walk-in, call, etc.) and their meal choices. It also considers a sustainable fresh food distribution network, client purchasing patterns, and their preferences for ordering food online. The research also presents a numerical analysis of the mentioned food network when mapped as a bipartite graph using the centrality measures and information of nodes travelling through them, through measures such as degree centrality, betweenness centrality and clustering tendency with the Girvan-Neumann algorithm.
