Climate Predictability
摘要
Climate change and its causes are complex. The signals of climate change are mixed with climate “noise”, and “noise” will grow over time. There is a question of whether or not to predict the future climate, or to what extent the future climate can be predicted. This can also be considered as a predictability of climate.
