Many hotels and tour operators faced financial challenges, resulting in job losses and decreased income for those reliant on tourismTourism. Analysing these effects highlights the need to develop strategies that enhance communityCommunity resilience, such as diversifying livelihoods, supportingLocal local entrepreneurship, and strengthening social safety nets.
