Molecular Mechanisms and Multimodality Treatments for Liver Cancer Recurrence and Metastasis
摘要
Currently, surgical resection is the predominant treatment of liver cancer, especially in those with early stage. However, recurrence and metastasis after surgery are the primary issues that affect the prognosis of liver cancer. Therefore, studies exploring the molecular mechanism of liver cancer recurrence and metastasis provide a theoretical basis for the development of new targeted therapy drugs for liver cancer, promote advancement in the treatment measures and treatment concept of the disease, and improve the efficacy of multimodality treatment for liver cancer.
