In order to verify the rationality of vibration design of mobile platform, a modal analysis method based on ANSYS is designed. Firstly, the natural frequency of the mobile platform is simulated and analyzed according to the three-dimensional digital model. Then, the external excitation value of the mobile platform is obtained by theoretical calculation method. Through analysis, it can be seen that the mobile platform does not generate resonance under normal working conditions, so the design of the mobile platform meets the vibration requirements.
