The mechanical properties of waste ABS (Rabs)/PBT blends were studied. rABS/PBT and rABS/PBT/MBS blends were prepared by twin-screw extrusion granulation. The effects of different contents of MBS on the mechanical properties of blends were investigated. The results showed that the notch impact strength and toughness of ABS decreased significantly after aging, and the IR test showed that carboxyl groups and other active groups were produced. The mechanical properties are best when rABS/PBT/MBS = 50/50/8. With the increase of MBS content, the impact property of rABS/PBT blends gradually improved, the tensile strength decreased, the elongation at break increased, and the bending strength decreased not significantly.
