According to the current market demand, the operation mode of manual packaging products is inefficient. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce the labor and time cost of packaging operations, this paper designs a product packaging machine that can be used for pellet feed. Feeding is realized through the feeding mechanism of the packaging machine. The feed is automatically packed by the bag feeding mechanism and sealing device, and finally the product is sent to the designated place through belt transmission, and an ABB robot is used for handling and palletizing. The whole machine can achieve continuous work, so that the packaging process can run automatically and efficiently, reduce production costs, and bring higher benefits to actual production.
