Design of Ceramic Conical Cover Assembly Equipment

Ceramic cone is an important part of the aircraft, and its component installation accuracy is very important. In view of the low degree of automation in this field, this paper proposes a new type of ceramic cone bonding assembly equipment to replace manual bonding assembly of ceramic cone and Invar connecting ring. The overall structure and function of the equipment and the assembly process were introduced with the help of Solidworks 3D drawing software. The cone-housing positioning of self-centering chuck + servo adjusting seat and the non-contact measurement scheme of multi-station and multi-section can be measured were adopted. The reasonableness of the assembly effect was verified by the production of a prototype.
