Aiming at the process characteristics of a high-end home decoration—corner protectors, while satisfying the functional requirements, and considering the optimization of the product appearance design. A reasonable injection mold structure design scheme is selected. The design process of the injection mold, special side core-pulling design points of double-side sliders, injection forming process and feeding mode, etc. are analyzed. Finally, after processing and assembling each component, a second trial mold production is carried out, and the qualified plastic parts are successfully produced. The surface quality of the plastic parts is good and the mechanical properties are higher.
