In this paper, the left, middle and right spline pair of transmission shaft is taken as the research object, and the geometric model after parametric modeling is imported into finite element software to obtain the distribution law of equivalent stress, bending stress, contact stress and relative slip of involute spline pair. The effects of contact length, number of teeth, modulus and friction factors on involute spline are studied, to provide reference for the design and engineering application of involute spline pair of transmission shaft for power split transmission.

摘要
