The adaptive distributed observer-based event-triggered consensus protocol proposed in Chap. 2 solves the consensus problem of linear multiagent systems. The designed event-triggered mechanism not only ensures that the agent measures relevant information at discrete times, but also achieves intermittent communication between the agents.
