摘要

In this study, a UWB Yagi-Uda antenna array is evaluated for inter-CubeSat communication using Altair HyperWorks FEKO. The goal of this research is to create an X-band planar Yagi-Uda antenna using two directors, one reflector, and one driven element printed side by side on a thin-FR4 dielectric material to increase radiation fields in the boresight. The Method of Moments (MoM), which is included in FEKO's packages, is used to calculate and improve the properties of this antenna system at X-band, with the goal of achieving extremely high appropriateness for all CubeSat and FemtoSat configurations. The suggested Yagi-Uda antenna is discovered to have a small dimension, low volume, and a very low mass of roughly 2.6 g. As a result, the designed Yagi-Uda antenna array is mechanically and physically extremely compatible with all CubeSat standards and FemtoSats for remote sensing satellite pictures employing inter-CubeSat communication features.
