This paper delves into the pressing need within the architectural trends market for scalable and cost-effective solutions tailored for academia. It introduces SLCMS-Lite, a pioneering software service geared toward short-term courses, developed after rigorous market analysis to effectively navigate the challenges posed by the cloud environment. The article elucidates a multi-dimensional hybrid architecture-based utility, designed to accommodate a spectrum of educational courses, spanning from brief half-day sessions to comprehensive year-long programs offered by various institutes. To substantiate its thematic relevance and viability, the paper evaluates ten submodules within SLCMS-Lite. These modules serve as evaluative benchmarks, gauging the imperative necessity of a versatile online educational platform. The research methodology involved data collection from three distinct types of educational providers catering to under 10,000 candidates within the Indian domain. These providers represent diverse sectors: medical, university, and private educational fraternities, extending their offerings to both Indian and foreign students. This study doesn’t merely present a software solution; it rigorously dissects the educational landscape's pulse, identifying critical needs and gaps within the industry. By amalgamating data from diverse educational sectors, the paper aims to craft a comprehensive, adaptable solution that transcends geographical and institutional boundaries.
