摘要

In response to the transformative societal shifts accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, this paper delves into the unique challenges faced by the medical field in adapting to digital transformation. As remote healthcare becomes imperative, the vulnerability of medical data to loss and theft necessitates a secure and efficient means of data transfer. This proposal introduces a sustainable telemedicine framework employing DNA Encryption, Blockchain, and Green Cloud storage technologies to establish a secure environment for medical data exchange with much sustainability than at present. Paper also ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility for doctors worldwide, while also addressing the critical need to secure healthcare professionals’ identities. The effectiveness of the proposed system is affirmed through analyses involving Information Entropy and Correlation Coefficient. The Information Entropy values received are 7.6634 and 7.6981, while the Correlation values are 0.0142 and 0.0100, respectively. The integration of ReactJS frontend, IPFS Framework, and AWS further enhances user experience, data decentralization, and storage security. This research contributes to the evolution of secure telemedicine practices and establishes a robust digital infrastructure for the medical field, benefiting both healthcare providers and patients globally.
