Quantum Machine Learning: Bridging Classical and Quantum Frontiers
摘要
Quantum computing has revolutionized the field of machine learning by introducing a new approach to computation that is fundamentally different from classical computers. By Leveraging principles from Quantum computers rely on the mind bending properties of quantum mechanics like superposition and entanglement, has opened up new possibilities for solving complex computational tasks. At the heart of quantum technology lies the qubit, which serves as the building block for quantum computation and enables the utilization of quantum mechanisms for a wide range of tasks. Unlike classical machines, quantum technology can tackle computations that are considered infeasible for classical computers. These complex computations, which are challenging to solve using classical methods, can be efficiently addressed using quantum technology. While classical models excel in machine learning, they often require significant computational resources to process large-scale and complex datasets. In contrast, Instead of relying on traditional methods, quantum machine learning tackles supervised learning through key steps like picking the right features, translating data into quantum form, and building specialized circuits for learning. This paper explores the groundbreaking fusion of quantum computing and machine learning, envisioning a future where quantum circuits, capable of superposition and entanglement, serve as the backbone of advanced learning models. By leveraging these quantum principles, the research proposes designing circuits that simultaneously exist in multiple states and instantaneously influence each other, paving the way for quantum neurons to learn from data. The study encompasses the crafting of quantum circuits, selecting optimal data features, and implementing models with real-world data. Additionally, it illustrates how traditional machine learning stands to benefit from this quantum leap, enhancing accuracy and predictive capabilities. Ultimately, this work unveils the vast potential of quantum machine learning to revolutionize problem-solving and drive artificial intelligence into uncharted territories, promising a future where computers not only process information but also learn and reason in entirely novel ways.
