摘要

This paper explores the promising domain of post-quantum cryptography (PQC), presenting a comparative assessment of various PQC algorithms in terms of safety, computational efficacy and scalability. Considering the stringent regulatory requirements and resource constraints in healthcare sector, this work evaluates the feasibility of integrating PQC solutions to fortify data protection without compromising operational efficiency through experiments and analysis. Among the PQC algorithm the Kyber algorithm takes minimum key generation cycles 1,688,246 only. The ASCON (authenticated encryption and hashing) cryptographic algorithm which is pre quantum algorithm is the lightest and the most promising cryptographic method for resource constrained devices.
