摘要

Internet communication is absolutely necessary in the modern world. Data can be sent internationally using the Internet. The Internet was created as a result of scholarly attempts to disseminate knowledge; great security was never its goal. When sending or receiving data via a channel, the information being sent should not be taken by unknown individuals like hackers. In order to obfuscate secret information based on images that can be decoded by the human visual system, a unique type of encryption is used called image cryptography. Image encryption is a suitable process to protect image data. This paper presents an efficient nearest prime pixels-based image cryptography. The two types—image encrypted with key(s) and encryption of images without key(s)—are the major topics of the study. Additionally, it lists a number of qualities of an effective image encryption method. The ultimate decrypted image is created by modeling the pixels as a matrix and retrieving the data column by column.
