Practical Implementation of Diffractive Image Profilometry (DIP)
摘要
This chapter presents the overall system configuration in the first phase and provides detailed information on the components and design in the second phase. The third phase includes the design principle of a 3-D folded system. Finally, as preparation for the real measurement, the design of measuring arrays and the procedure of database building are explained.
