Formation of Diffractive Images
摘要
This chapter proposes a physical model to describe the skeleton of a diffractive image microscope. The proposed model simulates signal images by placing a tilted flat mirror (TFM) under a virtual system. It also allows for studying the influence of aberration and surface roughness. These simulated images are useful for data processing and inverse problem testing.
