Applications of Chromatic Confocal Diffractive Image Profilometry (CC-DIP)

In the preceding chapter, the realization of chromatic confocal diffractive image profilometry (CC-DIP) was explained. The primary objective of this chapter is to present the results obtained from experimental analyses to demonstrate how deep learning deconvolution contributes to enhancing accuracy and resolution both axially and laterally.
