This research delves into the evaluation of High-Power Microwave (HPM) weaponry’s impact on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) swarms. It introduces an innovative Hierarchical Entropy Weight-Cloud Model to assess damage effectively. The methodology encompasses developing a set of comprehensive damage indicators, assessing the effects of critical variables such as frequency and power on the performance of HPM weapons, and applying the proposed model in simulated combat situations. The study also explores the strategic implications of using HPM weapons in military operations against UAV swarms, offering valuable insights for defense strategies.
