A Comprehensive Review of Research on LVC-Based Joint Test and Training Systems

In recent years, with the continuous emergence of new military ideas and operational concepts, joint operations have become an inevitable choice of future war mode. Joint combat confrontation training and actual combat test is an important link in the formation of combat power, through the LVC (Live Virtual and Constructive) simulation technology can be an organic combination of the two, to carry out joint experimental training, accelerate the generation of combat power. This paper first reviews the development history of the U.S. Army’s LVC test and training system, and discusses the advantages of LVC joint test and training. Then, it analyzes the current domestic and foreign construction of the LVC test and training system, the key technologies used, and the future development direction.
