Research on the Application of Stereoscopic Projection Method in Cutting Survey
摘要
Stability analysis is a crucial step in the investigation of highway cuttings. In the past, the stability of road cuts was only determined by collecting regional geological data, geological mapping, drilling, and testing, as well as factors such as the presence of active faults, adverse geology, and the development of geological hazards in the cutting area. The subjective ability of technical personnel is the dominant factor in this approach, and the experience requirements for technical personnel are very high. Due to the varying abilities of technical personnel, landslides often occur during the excavation process of road cuts, posing significant safety hazards and increasing costs. This article uses the stereographic projection method to collect regional geological data, geological mapping, drilling, and testing. Factors such as the presence of active faults, adverse geology, and the development of geological hazards in the road cutting area can be analyzed intuitively to determine the stability of the road cutting. Provided accurate geological data for the design, ensured the safety of construction and operation, and saved costs.
