Breast Cancer: Mental Health and Psychosocial Impact
摘要
Breast cancer patients commonly experience psychological distress, with a subset developing clinically significant psychiatric disorders. These include adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, cognitive impairment, body image disturbances, and sexual dysfunction. These mental health issues significantly impact quality of life and are often overlooked in post-cancer care. This chapter provides a comprehensive review of the current literature on the prevalence, impact, and treatment modalities for mental health disorders in breast cancer patients.
